Who's back? She's back. Who's back? Vivian's back!

Realised i haven blogged for a very long time, until people like amanda & shimin asked me to, just a moment ago. Wanted to start blogging after 'o' levels, but didn't have the heart to, had the drive to when i saw my friends, even amanda?!, blogging like crazy. Thinking of changing the blogskin as it's a bit childish since i had been using it since sec 2. Well, people do mature and of course my thinking has changed, to become a better person of course. Let's highlight some of the events from Nov - Dec [now]

14th Nov 2oo8 - Prom Night

It was an enjoyable night, i sat with my 4e1 friends but that was because we had some performance thingy and it was easier to coordinate. I loved sitting with them but i felt weird as i think my 4e3 classmates did leave a seat for me, but... Sorry. Everyone looked so different as the change from light green uniforms to many styles of evening gowns for the girls and suits for the guys was indescribable. It should be the first time we are seeing each other in such formal wear and it's in school. Amanda, Gena, Shimin, Dorothy, Hui Shan, Lois & i prepared a song for Miss Chong, our principal who's retiring this year. - I will remember you by Ryan Cabera. I felt great, able to sing on the stage again. Towards the end of the night, we started dancing around and taking pictures.

i just reached home not long ago...

Today, i went to vivo city for the countdown. The atmosphere was so HIGH and most inportantly, i saw JJ Lin [my favourite idol no. 2] & superstar contestant, Diya [she was inroduced to me by yun ying] hehex =D

i went there very early as Sandra was excited about seeing JJ and wanted to go earlier to chop a nice place. However, we ended up having to wait for hours doing nothing as we were really too EARLY! We can't even queue up to get into the sky park where the countdown would be held.

Tick tock tick tock... Finally, we got into that place and at least our efforts paid off well as we got the first two rows. It was quite fun but boring for me as most were english songs sung by singapore idol finalists and rock music by some band that i didn't even know who they were! Personally, i prefer chinese pop songs, that's why i was sianz during the start but became freaking high when some chinese singers came out. Especially JJ & Diya=p

Back Again

Haiz... So long never come back le, get haunted by spiritS!!!

This time come back post, but wll not be active for 8 days again. Going to Shan Dong in two days time... It will be a 8 days trip... [yeah!!!] i also not free tomorrow, going out to celebrate birthday with friends, then after that go watch PSC night. whee~ SiN huEy and fiSh - i will be there!!!

This time first time go Shan Dong, very excited sia~~~ Can eat together, play together, sleep together, wear same things with friends and also eat shandong peanuts together! wahaha!!! It gonna be fun!!! Go there study for 3 days, then go around sight-seeing during the other days, all meals will be taken care off... Nice life! The best thing -------- SHOPPING!!! i will go crazy upon seeing clothes, shoes, bags and everything!

i will be in Miss Seah's group... yipee! can gossip about Mr James Tan... jkjk, haha=] It will be fun with Miss Seah lor, she is so open minded and also young. We can click and communicate=p Poor Gena and mintsy, they will be in Mr Low's group, seperated from us. Haiz... i will miss them [although we will still see each other lar, but the sad thing is that we cannot do group activities together]

i will look forward to the trip... 26th Nov - 4th Dec... [memorable days]

On the other hand, although i am happy about the trip, i will be quite sad as SiN huEy's album will only be out on 28th Nov, then i already overseas le... NoooOooo!!! i am so depressed. i will miss her voice, her new songs and her!!! Too bad, have to resign to fate lor... i so unlucky, go overseas then she release album... =[

On a ''date'' with Miss Teo...

Today, we went to esplanade with Miss Teo to watch a talk on chinese opera. It was quite boing at first as the speaker was not very lively. However, it became more interesting after some people were being selected on stage to try out how to perform ''horse whipping''. One of my best friend, Gena, was chosen and she was really funny. [but she was the most professional one on stage le lar... haha=] Go Gena Go!!!

The talk finally ended and we headed for Tanjong Pagar to a tea chapter, for some tea. [Of course lar!] At first, Miss Teo couldn't find the way there and we all laughed at her. We sang a song '' 老师丢脸不会去，不会去，不会去。老师丢脸不会去，不会去。。。'' [lame sia~] Finally, we found the way there and settled down in the nice place, hoping to get some food. [we were hungry!!!]

The person introduced us to different types of tea and it was quite a fruitful trip for us as aquired some knowledge about the different tea leaves. Finally, we could sit down and start making our own cup of tea. However, Gena and i were slacking, we were so hungry that there was only eating in our minds. We left the tea-making to manz manz and the rest and we started eating the tea leaf eggs. [Finally, we get to eat...] Both of us were also very playful, we took Miss Teo's bag and hid it under our table, and hinted to her that she can't go home. [No $$$ mar] Fun sia~~~ [1st time playing with a teacher like that...]

The people brought some snacks up and asked us whether we would like to purchase some... Haha=] We started singing another song, ''老师老师真美丽，真美丽，真美丽。老师老师真美丽，真美丽。。。'' Greedy right? Haas=] The ''flattering'' did work, Miss Teo really bought some ice-cream for us to eat. Yeah!!! We had a lot of fun there and all of us were playing like crazy, the atmosphere was really HIGH!!! i was also enjoying it as it's really rare to have a chance to come out with our teacher and play so wildly.

Haiz... [可惜, 欢乐时光总是过得那么快] Soon, it was time to go home. Miss Teo brought us to the MRT station and let the students off. The four of us, manz manz, Gena, Mintsy and me=], took the MRT all the way to Dhoby Ghaut station with her. Then, we were very busybody and asked her was she going to meet her boyfriend? Haha... We then went back to compass point and settled our dinner there.

Anyway, a big word of THANKS to Miss Teo for bringing us out to such a fun and enjoyable trip... A tribute to our most act cute aka lame teacher --- MISS TEO!!! wahaha =p
i hope to go out and have fun again... heard that??? =D

HappiE tEaCheRs' Day!!!

The fun awards in school yesterday was really --- FUN!!! Especially with Gena and Wendy as the hosts, they added some lively atmosphere to it...

Our form teacher, Miss Seet, won the most sweetest looking female teacher award... [Of course! she's so lovely] Haiz, only if we could give a most act cute teacher award... Miss Teo would be the winner of course... Don't Gena agree too? haha=] Why don't we give her one next year?

Anyway...

Mission ''almost'' accomplish...

Yeah!!! i finally sold my 20th box of mooncakes!!! The target for everyone is 10 boxes, however, i hope to sell about 20 - 25 boxes, which i already sold 20. I feel very happy already as there are still people who had only sold 3 or maybe less than 10 boxes. To those people: Jia you! Jia you! Jia you! you guys can do it!!!

Although i have already accomplished my ''mission'' of selling 10 boxes, i want to sell 25. [that's my aim=] i will also help manz manz they all de, which i already succeeded in helping manz. Gena & Mintsy also must jia you!!! i will also support you all!!!

Anyway, a million thanks to those people who bought mooncakes from me!!! i very 'touched''... Confirm will buy shandong peanuts come back de!!! haha=p

Where is manz manz?

Today, manz did not come to school today because she is sick. Haiz... so sad... sobs=[

The atmosphere in school today was a bit weird as we were all very tired. It wasn't the usual energetic and lively us at all. The worst thing is manz is not here and sometimes, nobody sits beside me!!! How i wished she was here, keeping me company during classes.

My chinese chess teacher was not free and our chinese teacher brought us to the computer lab to do some blogging about a topic called citizen journalist. No one was sitting with me and i felt a bit lonely, however, my humourous classmates were talking and joking so loudly with me and i felt happier.

i collected her homework and returned worksheet for her and passed it to her after school. i went to her house and chat with her about the things that happened in school today. It was quite a boring and tiring day. Our english teacher did not come to school again and the worst thing is we have an oral test next week! i don't want to fail!!!

Disappointed... =(

Today, we got back some of the results of the CA2. I was quite sad and disappointed even though i got an A1. I knew that i slacked a lot and didn't put in enough hard work and effort into my homework and tests.

There are other things i am disappointed and vexed over with... Argh!!! My friendships again~

Feeling so stressed and sad right now=[

Anyway, Mintsy, don't be sad okay? We can always solve problems... Just relax and try not to think so much about that thing first. What we must do now is to work hard and achieve good results. Help me!!! i need to improve!!! [don wanna DISAPPOINT my teachers]

SelLiN mOoNcaKeS!!! *fuNd raiSinG...

Today, the mooncake vendor bought us some mooncakes to sample. Our dear chinese teacher, Miss Teo, asked us to go and try it as we are going to sell that for our fund raising for trip to Shandong. We, of course were very happy as we get to taste it. [''hungry ghosts'' mar] Then, Miss Teo told us to send some to the teachers for sampling and see whether are they interested to buy.

The mooncakes come in different flavours and varieties. The traditional type -- lotus paste [with / without yolk], Shanghai lotus paste, Green tea with red bean, Black sesame, Corn custard and Green emerald [Pandan with loutus paste] The prices range from $25 - $35.

We set off enthusiastically and Miss Toh was our first 'target'. We went to her and offered her to try some of the delicious mooncakes. Miss Toh was quite interested in one of the flavours -- Green Emerald [Pandan, lotus paste & yolk] She liked it a lot and promised that she would buy two boxes and one individual mooncake. [about $68] Yeah!!! Our first business succeeded and it gave us more confidence to go on.

Then, we went to the HOD office to let the HODs try the mooncakes. Miss Thien walked pass and we offered her some. However, she was quite busy and promised us she would try it later. Then, Mr Tan Yap Kin walked out of the office and tried some. Then, he acted that he was being poisoned by the mooncakes. [wahaha!!! lame sia~] He asked us who [which teacher] sent us here, then we replied '' 我们是 Miss Teo 的人''. Then, he said '' 我生是 Miss Teo 的人, 死是 Miss Teo 的鬼...'' lOls-_-!!!

After that, we went to the staff office on the third floor. Miss Tong was just standing outside the office and we went to her first. She helped us to shout into the office to get all the teachers out to sample the mooncakes. The teachers walked out and started to try the mooncakes. Mr Koh was very greedy, he ate half of the corn custard and tried all the other flavours!!! The teachers were quite interested and they offered to buy it from us on the day we start taking orders.

Yeah!!! It's fun being a salesperson. It was a fun and great experience for us today. i hope that i can sell loads of mooncakes and raise enough funds for our trip to Shandong.

History project again!!!

Went to manz manz house today [13th August] again, to finish our history project. We spent a long time on it!!! argh* feeling so tired now -- yawns~~~

Many things happened while we were doing the project, happy, funny, angry, sad and more... It really made me understand that group work can be difficult if our opinions can't match and when we don't cooperate with each other at times. Fortunately, we still magaged to finish the project despite some small conflicts.

We divided the 'job' and worked on it. I was doing the powerpoint slides with manz, she searched for the pictures and information while i type them into the slides. Mintsy wrote the scripts and some information. [she was quite 'pitiful', cause all her work involved writing, which is tiring] Dorothy typed out the long long written report, which was about two pages long.

We reached manz's house at about 10 - 11am, then, Dorothy went home at evening time as she could not stay until night. Mintsy and i stayed till about 10.30pm. Manz and Mintsy called me to conference when i reached home and we were still doing the project!!! [Oh my god!!! what a long project...] I finally finished editing and checking all the slides at about 1pm. YAH!!! Finally...

Although we were tired and sometimes unhappy during the project, i am still happy=] Because...

WE FINALLY COMPLETED THE PROJECT!!! whoo~~~

My 1st time t0 sakae sushi...

Today, i went to compass point with manz manz and Gena. Then, Gena went home first and manz manz and i went to look for her mother. Then, we went for an early dinner -- SAKAE SUSHI!!! Hmmm... yummy =P

We ordered things like shashimi and some ala carte, they tasted heavenly! The meal costed quite a bomb and i a bit paiseh lar. haha... But hor, next time i will TREAT you nicely de lar, manz manz. i will make sure i promise you all a good meal during my birthday next January.

After that, we walked around and a funny thing happened. We walked into popular and the sensor started to sound. Then, it was manz manz and me who triggered the alarm, as if we were 'sensored'. Haha... It's was so stupid!!! We just walked in the the alarm actually sounded. Kao!

It's always so fun and interesting going out with manz... Haha=] He/She rawks!!! [ah kua?!]

At manz manz's house...

Today, i went to manz manz's house with Dory to do our history project. The most idiotic thing is that Mintsy did not turn up for projects again!!! Okay, never mind, let's calm down=] We were not so serious at first and we started logging in to our maple accounts after turning on the computer. We finally started to do our history after awhile, but it did not last long, we went to watch Hard Gay and started becoming horny-_- WaHaHa!!!

Then, we ate the funny and enjoyable lunch prepared by manz's mother. Her mother asked a hilarious question while eating: ''Is there anyone in school who likes Tuang Kuan Kuan?''. We all burst out into laughter, it might not be funny to you but it's FUNNY to us... haha=) We were served a little bit of alcohol and dory's face became red like a tomato after drinking. Funny sia~

We went back to work but still couldn't concentrate, we went to www.lovecalculator.com and started playing. We typed in ______ and Tuang Kuan Jie... There were a couple of nice matches that were higher than 70%...

Then, Dory went home while manz manz and i cycled to compass point and went to the arcade. We went crazy there and went to play the percussion master first. Again, manz manz lost to me, hehe... i am pro!!! Jkjk=] l0ls~ After that, we went to play the games that we can collect e-tickets. As manz manz was trying to redeem a Shin Tzu bag, i helped her play some of the games and earned a lot of e-tickets. We played like mad and the last game we played was Daytona [car-racing] Wahaha=] i won again!!!

Haiz... We say want to do project but ended up playing instead... Anyway, we will meet up this weekend again. Let's hope that we will be more serious and Mintsy will turn up for the project!!! [Haha... hope that i am not the first one to start playing]

BorinG...

Today is National Day, which means it's a public holiday for us. There's nothing for me to do at home. All my friends can't come out and play as it is their family day and some parents don't allow them to go out. My older friends have lessons or they have to work and they only can go out at night.

What should i do? I don't want to play maple story or 02 jam whole day long, it's so tiring!!! I just wanna go out and have some fun... Haiz... i am so BORED~

WhooO!!! National Day ish finally here and Singapore is going to celebrate her 41st birthday=]

That means... our country is another year old, and we have just walked into another year of independence!!! wahaha=]

This year, the theme is 'Our Global City, Our Home'
Which means >>> Singapore is a vibrant cosmopolitan city and an international hub that is plugged into the global community. At the same time, Singapore today is a city, which offers numerous opportunities and many different paths to success. This is where Singaporeans live, work and play and this is the place we are proud to call home. [taken from NDP webby]

The theme song, My Island Home, is sang by Kaira Gong [Gong Shi Jia]. It is quite nice and i like the song very much. However, i still like the song, Where I Belong sang by Tanya Chua [Cai Jian Ya], in year 2001. That is my favourite among all the National Day theme songs, and Tanya Chua is also one of my favourite idol!!!

Anyway, i just hope that Singapore will continue to be a peaceful place for us to live in... Once again... ... ...

Was playing maple halfway just now then keyboard suddenly cannot type. Can't even use my pots. Then i died lor... MY PERCENTAGE!!! Fortunately, my mouse still can use, then i quit game lor...

Then, i tried to reply my friend [yan] in msn, also cannot!!! i thought that my computer got problem, so i restarted it... Then, the keyboard still cannot use!!! Arghh...

ShO hapPiE!!!

Yeah!!! Finally got Tanya's newest album -- T-Time, thanks to Kuan Jie & Edmond [my ''hao xiong di] Thanks a million!!! Haha, they were so funny today, they went to comics connection and bought some pictures of Hebe for me. Then, they say ask me to ''fan xing'', cause they always say i look like Hebe [which i don't think so lar]... Anyway, i don't really know what they mean by ''fan xing'', but forgot it... What matters is that i got my album... Haha=]

Then, i finally got my soccer ball at Royal Sporting House... It's a black one with green wordings on the surface, cool manz!!!

Actually we were suppose to celebrate Mintsy's birthday de, but everyone seems quite divided. So, i went to the arcade with manz manz [Amanda aka Angela], we played some percussion master and earned some tickets. Then, we went for some cycling after that lor. Haiz... The day was quite sianz leh, cause actually we thought can be very happy de, but who knows what happen? Some of them ended up quarrelling while some needed to go home early suddenly. HaizzZZ... s0bs=[

Anyway, it was a day of gifts & presents for me lar... so not so sad after all... Haha=]

But i hope that this will not happen again and the five of us [buddies aka lame gang] can celebrate each other's birthday next time. Unlike this year, i did not go for Gena's birthday party, Gena & i were away in Malaysia during manz manz birthday party and Mintsy's birthday party turned out to be a disappointment... [cause she went out with her date] I really wish that none of this will happen during Dory's birthday [in dec]...

My ponders, stress and worries...

Today is Mintsy's birthday, it's also the day we took back our chinese test paper. i have been pondering over something ever since i got my paper back, how did i manage to make such a stupid mistake? i got the correct answer but wrote down the wrong option instead, which caused me to lose 4 precious marks!!! I nearly cried when i got my papers, but i managed to hold back my tears, because i know that this is a normal test and i will have another chance to work hard again.

But i am still quite disappointed with myself although my result was not very bad, because i really want to work hard and try to achieve good results in my chinese as i do not want my teacher to be disappointed with me. i know that my results have been deproving and i am really trying very hard to pull it back. i have been under great pressure too, friendship problems and many other factors.

So i really wish that i can shake off all the problems off my back, i don't want to quarrel with my friends and neither do i want to see them quarrelling...

I WANT A MOMENT OF PEACE!!!

What are FRIENDS???

Friends are just people, people whom you know... They play with you, study with you and talk to you...

However, friends may be ''scary'' at times, they call you their friends but they might be backstabbing or betraying you behind your back. So, what's the real definition of friends?
Are friends really true to each other?

Best friends are people who share happy and sad moments with you, they can go through the hardest time with you and they also share the sweet moments with you... However, are your so-called best friends really true to you too?

Is the friendship built by best friends strong enough? Is it really strong enough to withstand backstabbing or misunderstanding? Some friends might be very good to you for a moment, then he or she might betray you at the next moment. [you will never know what others are thinking]

Do friends add stress to you in your life? Some people thinks that friends add more stress to their life and they dislike it. So does that means that those people should not have any friends so that they will not feel stressed out?

So, what's the meaning of friends???
